In order for us to process your return quickly and issue the appropriate credit, please do the following:
- In order for us to process your return quickly and issue the appropriate credit, please do the following: Prior to actually returning your product, did you open the envelope entitled “Before You Do Anything, Open Me First”? Then, did you follow the simple steps inside? It’s okay to open all of the packages and use the Learning Tools – you can still return the product after doing so, but first, give our system a try with your child. It’s the best way to assure his or her success. If you still decide to return the program, your return must include all product components.
- If you are still not satisfied, please call 866-977-8537 for a FREE session with Dan Basmagian, the Founder of our program. He will explain exactly how to get your child involved and improve his or her grades the minute you get off the line!
- If you would like to return your product, call customer service and obtain a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA#) within 32 days from the date that appears above your Order Number on the Packing Slip. You must post mark and send your return shipment within 5 days from obtaining your RMA. Our Customer Service Number is 866-977-8537. Returns that do not follow this procedure will not be eligible for any refund.
- The original packing slip must be enclosed (a copy will not be accepted). Also, the RMA# must be written on the original packing slip.
- The product must be returned in the original product box and shipper box with all original packaging materials, including all three corrugated trays. No return will be accepted without full compliance with this requirement.
- The RMA# must be legibly written on three (3) sides of the outside of the shipper box.
- The address label on your return package must display your name and mailing address or it will not be accepted.
All return shipping costs and risks of damage and loss for your return are your responsibility.
WE RECOMMEND YOU SEND YOUR RETURN PACKAGE VIA UPS SO YOUR PACKAGE MAY BE TRACKED – THIS WILL HELP YOU AVOID LOSS.
Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, SUCCESS RULES, LLC will promptly provide the return information to your bank for credit.
